Harbourfest -  DOWNLOAD HARBOURFEST 2009 SCHEDULE

Harbourfest, also referred to as ‘Yacht Club Weekend’, attracts boaters from Halifax and Sydney and it brings home family and friends from all over the world. It is truly a homecoming weekend that you don’t want to miss. Harbourfest takes place on the long weekend beginning in August of each year.

Harbourfest usually starts off with a Member Guest Dinner and Dance at the Community Hall.
Saturday morning pancake breakfast at the Community Hall sponsered by the St. Hyacinth’s Parish. Activities go on at the wharf during the afternoon and we serve our local Seafood Chowder and Mussels.
Saturday night Dance with Live Music.

On Sunday, the day is kicked off with a lunch served at the D’Escousse Community Hall. The Wharf and Harbourside Bar continue on Sunday beginning at 1:00pm.
The weekend is highlighted by the Sunday evening outdoor ‘Beer Tent’ variety concert with local talent taking us on into the wee hours.
